Motherhood isn’t for the faint of heart, especially during the postpartum period. Our postpartum support groups foster a safe space where you can bring all of your questions as well as get out of the house to build community with other new moms. In addition, our lactation specialists and chiropractors sit in on meetings to answer your questions and provide various breastfeeding strategies.
